3. How are the artworks shipped?

For standard artworks (non-custom or non-made-to-order items), delivery usually takes 10-25 working days depending on originfrom the date of purchase. During this period, we stay in touch and provide you with real-time updates on your order status and shipment tracking.

4. Does Mareon Gallery have an office in Dubai?

Yes. Mareon Gallery operates as an online art gallery and has an official office located at Al Rigga Street, Al Masraf Building, Office No. 1305, Dubai, UAE.

5. Does Mareon guarantee the authenticity of its artworks?

Yes, authenticity is at the heart of Mareon’s mission. We carefully collaborate with genuine artists who create from true passion and talent. Every artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, both in physical and NFT (digital) form. The NFT also holds its own collectible artistic value beyond the physical piece.

6. Do you offer payment options other than bank transfer?

Yes, we also accept cryptocurrency payments for both customers and artists. You can follow our step-by-step guide to make crypto payments safely. Please note that all transactions comply with UAE financial regulations, and any payments outside this legal framework are strictly prohibited.
