  • Mareon Gallery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.

Custom and Made-to-Order Artworks

  • Certain products offered on Mareon Gallery are custom-made, personalized, or produced on-demand according to client specifications.

  • For such items, the production period may extend the overall delivery timeline. Customers will be contacted directly to confirm details, production schedules, and estimated shipping dates.

  • In these cases, shipping may take longer than 25 business days, and exact timelines will be agreed upon with the customer before shipment.

International Shipping and Customs

  • All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Mareon Gallery has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Tracking Information

  • Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear in the system after the package has been dispatched.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Mareon Gallery is responsible for preparing and shipping the order within the stated timeframe.

  • Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Any delays, damages, or losses occurring during transit must be addressed directly with the shipping provider. However, our support team is available to assist customers in resolving such matters whenever possible.
