Return & Refund Policy – Mareon Gallery
At Mareon Gallery, each piece is handled with care and inspected before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (in appearance, size, or design), you may request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging it was received.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to our team within 5 days after delivery with supporting photos or videos.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide the return instructions and shipping label.
Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us immediately within 5 days of delivery.
We will review your claim, and if approved, we will offer one of the following options:

A full replacement of the item (subject to availability), or

A full refund through your original payment method.
Mareon Gallery covers the cost of return shipping in these cases.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the artistic and handcrafted nature of many of our products, certain items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized artworks

Limited edition or commissioned pieces

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Sale items and gift cards
Please contact us if you have any concerns about a specific piece before purchasing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

All returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order.

Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless under exceptional circumstances, at Mareon Gallery’s discretion.
